   Using this link, you can determine how much it costs to water your lawn each month!

Enter the amount of water that you use on your lawn per month which we calculated above under “Water usage.” Then enter the billing period and meter size and hit “Estimate.”

To see how much it costs to water your lawn in the summer, when you’re allowed to use your sprinklers more days a week and the need for water is greater, just change the dates under “Billing period.”

Note: This estimator also includes an excessive use charge for high water users. This charge changes from season to season, but the estimator takes this into consideration using the billing period that you enter.

3. Figure out how much of your total water bill is spent on your lawn
   Lastly, take your last water bill and divide that by how much it costs to water your lawn each month. This will tell you about what percent of your monthly water bill goes toward your lawn. The number might surprise you!
