To receive your Costco member benefits and coverage, you must contact Costco first. Costco will then send us your information, and one of our representatives will reach out to get you scheduled for your free on-site consultation.
If you schedule directly with U.S. Family Turf (without going through Costco), those Costco benefits — including the 10% Costco Shop Card — unfortunately do not apply.
To ensure you receive every perk and protection available through your Costco membership, please start by visiting Costco’s website, service center, or in-store kiosk.
