Most recently, after representing CGT at the World Football Summit in Hong Kong, Mr. Šuker came to our Guangzhou headquarters for in-depth exchanges on collaboration, global sports promotion, and the future of football development.

During the visit, Šuker emphasized the importance of youth development and the need for world-class sports turf systems, noting that these foundations are critical for football’s future and align closely with CityGreen Sports’ commitment to advancing global sports infrastructure. Beyond football turf, CityGreen Sports also plays a broader role in international sports, recently serving as a partner and venue supplier for the 3rd Asian Youth Games in Bahrain, with high-standard stadiums now under delivery.
In an interview with Soccer News, Šuker mentioned that even during a recent meeting with FIFA President Gianni Infantino, he highlighted CityGreen Sports as a trusted provider of high-quality pitches. “CGT is comprehensive—from school facilities to FIFA-certified turf, offering solutions that meet the game’s highest standards,” he noted.
